Once datastores are unmounted I can see that one can detach the same datastores from all the hosts from within the Configure/Storage Device section.(Very lengthy manual task if one would have many datastores and many hosts.)
Couple of questions I have:
Does the detach operation check that the datastore is unmounted first (and if not it fails)? Just checking as a safety measure.
Is there any powercli script that has been tested to work in which it is given the naa.id's of the datastores to be removed and it detaches them from all the hosts in a specific cluster?
