Decommission ESXi Cluster

Hi,

Anyone has the complete steps (as could not locate VMware reference) to permanently remove the ESXi hosts and eventually the cluster they form part of? (Cluster does NOT have vSAN)

Probably it's straightforward but want to make sure I do it the proper way.

ESXi hosts version is 6.7

Unless you have special requirements, simply evacuate the hosts (i.e. migrate VMs and templates to other hosts), put the hosts in maintenance mode, remove them from the inventory, and finally delete the empty cluster from the vCenter Server inventory.
