Datastore lost after reinstalling ESXi

Read some datastore threads, but nothing seems to help with my problem, so I hope someone could point me in the right direction.

We installed ESXi on a Seagate HDD, which started beeping this week and stuck during a reboot. Luckily, it only has the OS installed on it, so I installed ESXi 6.7 on another spare Seagate HDD.

However, the main datastore that we stored the VMs cannot be recognised anymore, and I could see the hard drive is in the devices list, but no datastore is loaded.

Could someone shed some light? Tried some commands after googling but so far no luck.

Only a guess.

Please follow the steps in the "Command Line" section in https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1011387 to see whether it's just a detection issue that can be resolved with manually mounting the datastore.

Thank you for your reply. It turned out to be my mistake, and there was another drive with the datastore on it, but the cable wasn't plugged in correctly. Stupid me😪
