How can we restore vms with Data Recovery when vcenter crashed.

Are you using VDP as the backup tool? If yes, you can use the emergency mode to restore the VMs directly to the host. But, it comes with some caveats - vSphere Data Protection Direct-to-Host Emergency Restore - VMware vSphere Blog / Restore a Virtual Machine with the Direct-to-Host Emergency Restore Operation. Let us know if you are using some other backup tool.
