Couldn't add a esxi host into our VC,only got the "A general system error occurred"message。

While adding a esxi host into our VC through vsphere web client,after input the username/password of the esxi host,we got only the "A general system error occurred"message,no any more message in detail displayed.At the same time,we could tail -f /var/log/*log content of the esxi host as the following:

Are you trying to add an ESXi host which was freshly installed? or it was used before somewhere else?

Are an ESXi host and VC on the same network subnet?

1)Does this host have registered/powered on VMs OR is it a fresh install..

2)what is the license of vCenter?

3) can you connect to the host directly using vsphere client

1、Yes,the esxi host and vc are on the same network subnet.

2、The esxi host was installed months before,keeped running some app vms as standalone.I have already successfully added two ESXi host into the VC,each with the same Esxi version  and the same condition of already keep running app vms as standalone.

If you have any orphaned snapshots on the vms running on the server please consolidate them..

you can take a test snapshot and perform a delete all to check
