Copy/paste files with remote console 12.0.2

I can't copy/paste files with remote console 12.0.2.

I've followed the instructions in https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/57122, but it still does not work.

My host is ESXi 6.7. I'm executing the VMRC client in Windows 10 and the virtual machine is a Windows server 2016 with vmware tools version 10.3.10, build-12406962.

RDP is not an option because the virtual machine is in an isolated VLAN.

How can I send files to the virtual machine?
