Hi,
I would like to confirm if it is possible to convert a Citrix XenServer VM (OS = Ubuntu) to VMware VM.
Thanks
Please try vCenter converter for migration:
https://www.vmware.com/pdf/convsa_60_guide.pdf
Required VMware vCenter Converter ports (1010056)
Best practices for using and troubleshooting VMware Converter (1004588)
The virtual machine would need to be treated as a physical machine when converting to avoid hardware issues.
Also confirm the OS version is supported.

Hi
Thanks for the help however I found another way of doing it, we grabbed the Flat Virtual Disks and converted it with WinImage, then created a new VM Shell and attached the disks, the OS seems to be stable, however I know this is sort of a "dirty" method because the server still has its old vnic drivers, however we just removed them from the console and installed VMtools and everything was O.K

Even though its not free this was sort-of a once off use.
Thanks again
