Convert vSphere V7 VM to V6.7 VM

I have recently created two vSphere v7 VMs and exported them as an OVF template. I need to import them into a vSphere v6.7 environment, does anyone know if this is possible and if so, how to do so?

Thanks

Is it really necessary to take the extra detour with OVF ? - if you can copy vmdk and vmx directly it would be childs play.
The vmdk format is no problem at all - you may need to rewrite one or two vmx-parameters ...

Thanks for your reply, any advice on rewriting the vmx-parameters? We've traditionally just exported as OVF so not so familiar

I have not seen your vmx-file.
