Convert between Vmware 2.0.2 to Vmware vcenter 6.7

I have a question about migration between Vmware 2.0.2 (Virtual Machine with Storage (VMDK File) ) to vmware vcenter 6.7 , Please is there any Converter between them ,

Do you mean ESX 2 or VMserver 2 ?
Anyway - that version will be too old for current Converters.
Attach the vmdk-descriptorfile and the vmx-file  to your next reply and I tell you how to import the VM manually

VMware Server 2.0.2 ,

Actually the problem has been solved with vmware converter . we can direct convert VMware 2.0.2 to 6.7 without any issues . After converted need to install Vmware Tools for GUI, Bios and EFI compatibility.
