My user is an Administrator in vCenter. When I try to create a content library I get Permission to perform this operation was denied. NoPermission.messsage.format.
I've also tried giving this user Global Permission of Content Library Administrator (sample) - but same error. Really frustrating. Anyone encounter this before?
