Confusing logs

Hello,

We monitor many ESX servers via API.
Each server has several API checks that are running in interval of 5 minutes.
The amount of checks on multiple ESX servers quickly causes growing and confusing log that is bad to read and actual, more important events are difficult to find.

Is there the possibility to minimize the ESX log?
E.g. Filter by user that he is not logged?
Or other way?
