Can`t register VMware vSphere Esxi 7.0

Hello,
i`ve got problem with my esxi 7 registration.
I am using following site: https://my.vmware.com/en/group/vmware/evalcenter?p=free-esxi7 and after requesting registration with "Register" button I get

"Content Not Available

Dear user, the web content you have requested is not available."

from https://maintenance.vmware.com/info4.html?source=dwnp&p=free-esxi7

while using internet explorer I am receiving:

"Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/registration?" on this server.

Reference #18.bc645e68.1610456011.3193641"

from https://my.vmware.com/web/vmware/registration?source=dwnp&p=free-esxi7

When i`m trying to use following website: https://my.vmware.com/en/group/vmware/evalcenter?p=vsphere-eval-7

there is the same situation as described above.

Any ideas?
