I am getting this error almost everyday and everything freezes, I loose my network and internet through my network and I have to do a restart then this will happen. Can anyone tell me what is the cause of this.

this is a known issue with the ESXi version/build you are using (see https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2059053 ). Please consider to patch the host to resolve this issue.

This is a very odd issue with 5.5 version and e1000 virtual nic.

Just update your ESXi hosts to the latest available build and everything will be fine.
