I have a 4 CPU host (Dell R840, 18 cores per CPU) and I am thinking of disabling 2 of the CPUs, so that I can just pay for an Essentials license (instead of 4 Standard licenses + a vCenter license). But I don't want the system to run too slowly. I know it probably depends on the workloads, but I am not sure what the workloads will be like at the moment.
