Is it safe to ignore it? Could anyone please suggest something how should I handle this warning message.

Thanks

You need to enable ESXi Side-Channel-Aware Scheduler to mitigate this issue.

Please refer to KB, VMware Knowledge Base

Go to resolution point and check below 3 phases.

1. Update Phase: Apply vSphere Updates and Patches - You already applied.

2. Planning Phase: Assess Your Environment - Refer to analyze.

3. Scheduler-Enablement Phase: Enable the ESXi Side-Channel-Aware Scheduler - Refer to analyze and execute accordingly.

Hi Arun,

To add what vijay said, please be infromed that your hyper-threading will be disabled and you will end up with the less logical processors..

Check for the hardware capacity and act accordingly or suppress the alerts.
