I am trying to determine what has happened. See logs below
| vmx| I125: GuestRpcSendTimedOut: message to toolbox timed out.
| vcpu-1| I125: VMMouse: Disabling VMMouse mode
| vcpu-0| I125: CPU reset: hard (mode 2)
| vcpu-2| I125: CPU reset: hard (mode 1)
| vcpu-3| I125: CPU reset: hard (mode 2)
| vcpu-1| I125: CPU reset: hard (mode 1)
VM team said that the CPU reset log indicates it was powered off from OS level by the user. I didn't find anything in logs on the machine that someone rebooted it manually at least not from the cli.
Can someone help ?
