i do not have the correct SRV agreement to log this bug so I will report it here.
It's a big one, When you select the network card as VMXNet3 for a virtual device the default state is that a tick is added to Direct I/O
One of the issues with this is that you can no longer V-Motion that device.
There are other major reasons why this tick should not be the default.
It is safe to remove the tick, as far as my testing goes.
This needs fixing ASAP, it has not been fixed in update 1,2 or 3.
