Blank/Black Screen Console

Hi all,

I have a CentOS guest and get a blank/black screen when opening its console.  Has anyone seen this and know why this happens?  I know the guest is online and works as I can SSH into it.  I have a screenshot of what I'm talking about. 

Client version 1.21.0

ESXi version 6.5.0

ESXi build 5959303

The first place I'd start would be reading the text in the yellow banner, have you looked into correcting that or is there a requirement that it doesn't need to match.

Yep. Winded up rebuilding the VM and it's seems to be working on the defaults like the previous VM.  Not sure what's going on with this

Hello, It happens when port 903 is blocked by the firewall between ESXi and vCenter.

Yes - I had read this somewhere else.  Our firewall does not have that port blocked.

So far it's going well after I rebuilt the VM with the same default settings.  The only part that has changed is the license which I had to update.  This is very strange...
