All 3 VMware 6.7 servers are crashed!

I have a vSAN with 3 servers (Dell PowerEdge R730xd), last friday one crashed, the VM were still running but the hardware is frozen. The log said that it send an email but I didn't receive anything. Then sunday night another one crashed the same way.

I open a ticket, but the only response was to reboot both servers (shutting down the vm before).

Last night I rebooted them, everything come back, the backup (Veeam) was running.

Now this morning the same servers are crashed again, and one hour later the third one!!

So now all my servers are not responding, I cannot even do a F2 on the console, no ssh nothing. But the VM are still running.

Now what could cause this?   It happened last october with one server, and we found that the firmware of the raid controller and the driver was not at the same level.

After updating everything all went well until this weekend.

The version running is ESXi 6.7.0 (11675023), there's some new update but I was waiting for Veeam to be sure.

Very frustrating!!!  Smiley Sad
