Hey,
i want to create an alarm emailing for my vcenter where everytime i reconfigure a virtual machine i get a mail where i get information about what changed and on which vm. I just want the email, no change state on the vm itself.
I already got it up and running, but it only works if i set the trigger on change state to warning/critical. If i set it to dont change state, the alarming doesnt work anymore. There is no mail sent, only a entry in the event log.
The mail would be the important part because we track some changes of our powerusers with it. And dont want to search in the event log everytime.
Has anyone a hint how to get this working?
