Alarms for VM Deletion is not working in 6.7

I am not getting alarms when I delete the VM in the vCenter. I tried as below, it not not working.

Are you getting notification of other alarms? Just check and verify the SMTP settings on the vCenter server.

Yes, I am getting notifications from other alarms configured.

Only VM deletion is not working.
