Hi,

some more information is needed.

What kind of customization did you apply?

--------------------------

Try these steps:

  • 1) Boot the VM into “Safe Mode” in Windows (press F8 during the initial boot sequence, then select “Safe Mode”
  • 2) When Safe Mode is up and running, launch Windows Device Manager to inspect the device drivers present on the VM.
  • 3) DELETE any drivers showing a yellow exclamation point next to them in Device Manager. These are the conflicting drivers/drivers that are not compatible with the VMware Virtual Hardware.

Windows 2012 R2 unable to boot, stuck at “Getting Devices Ready” – Knowledge is POWER…!!!!!

pag 244 in th eattach

Procedure

1 Select Menu > Policies and Profiles, and under Policies and Profiles, click VM Customization Specifications.

2 Click the Create a new specification icon.

The New VM Guest Customization Specification wizard opens.

3 On the Name and target OS page, enter a name and description for the customization specification and select Windows as a target guest OS.
