I deployed the vRealize Network Insight. When I want to add the vCenter I have the following error:
"Request timed out, please try again"
I have checked the connection between the appliance and the vCenter and it is properly.
Any idea?

I have solved the issue, the appliances and vCenter were in different VLANs, when I put the appliances in the same VLAN of vCenter worked properly.

can you check the forward and revers lookup of the vCenter server and VRNI both on both nodes if they are able to resolve and Port Number 443 is opened between the vCenter > Proxy > VRNI VM's
I've got the same error when i tried to add it for the first time, 5 minutes later i tried again and it was successful. Didn't make any changes ... no idea what was causing it
