Add a host to VCSA

Hi When I try to add a host to VCSA, i got the below error message regarding license. This is a person lab. What is a good way to  resolve the issue? Thanks

Please provide the below details.

Version of VC 
License applied on VC 
The version of ESXI host adding 
Service-control --status --all on VC.
