I purchased Vsphere Essentials, that comes with 30 days complimentary email support:

However I cannot find how to access this support.
If I visit https://customerconnect.vmware.com/support/create-request/technical I see the error:
"The selected Entitlement Account has no products associated with it. Try selecting a different Entitlement Account to see the products you are entitled to"
Is there some other way to access this installation/setup support?
