Hi,

You have created 2 vmkernel but both have vmotion enabled. Can you enable and retry vMotion traffic on only one vmkernel? Please make these settings on both hosts.

If the problem does not correct, would you restart vCenter Server services?

Do you mean that you are having the same issue but the suggested workarounds have not helped in your situation?

At this moment non of the above work around does not solve my problem. Currently I can not do any action in my Vcenter environment which is 6.7 version.

Also the error is : "A general system error occurred: Connection refused: The remote service is not running, OR is overloaded, OR a firewall is rejecting connections."

What do you mean by “action”? A vMotion as per the original post in this thread, or more widespread administration tasks?
