I'm using 6.5 u2. Can I  learn the latest vm tools version for esxi 6.5 u2 . which version should i install ?

Also I will delete VMware Tools 10.3.0 from the environment but I haven't found VMware Tools 10.3.0 buil number. What is the build number of VMware Tools 10.3.0 ?

Starting from VMware Tools 10.0 version, VMware has done these packages downloadable separately from VMware ESXi distributions. They are available here.

You can check in their release notes for the OS you are using for support.
