6.5 DRS changing levels automatically

when I go into DRS and select aggressive and implement all 5 levels of suggestions it works for a time.  when I come back a few days later its "reset" to only do level 1 recommendations and not aggressive anymore.

what can change that automagically like this?

Is it possible someone changing it back? Do you know who have access beside you?

Or maybe vRops can change it automatically if configured.

Just me and no vRops..   would I see anything in the logs?  I am about to write a PowerShell that runs every hour to reset it
