512e vmdk on 512n LUN vSphere 6.5

We want to migrate the Microsoft failover cluster from the Hyper-V hypervisor to VMware.

For this we must use Storage Replica. One of the requirements for using Storage Replica is the identical size of the physical and logical sector on the source and target disks. On the hyper-v os host, we have FC LUN with 512n format (512 \ 512), but in the guest OS we have the format 512e (512 \ 4096).

On the VMware host, we have the same 512n LUN. Can we create a vmdk disk with 512e guest OS on 512n LUN (as well as in hyper-v)?

and no options for select physical sector size when creating vmdk file. Such as "New-VHD -PhysicalSectorSizeBytes 4096"  in hyper-v.
