When you open WebSphereClient

It will not stop even if you restart vCenter.

vpxd is not running

Please check and find out what is the error you encounter when you start vCenter service the error will explain you about the problem and refer KB : VMware Knowledge Base more you can deep-dive looking at the logs.

Since the vmkernel's IP address was duplicated

The log was full and the service could not be started.

I erased the log and it is moving normally.

Log in to vCnter with SSH

Connect to PostgreSQL

I cleared the corresponding DB.

(I was not scared to erase the log file)
