    Hi,

Currently planning for a migration. I have 2 10GBe nics at my disposal in my hosts and i was wondering if i can setup VMkernals for Management, vMotion, vSAN and have my VM networking use both vmnics and have them both as active in teaming and failover?

That is possible. If you want to do that i recommend to configure Network I/O Control to use resource allocation policies to control bandwidth for various traffic types.

I'll take this into consideration, thank you!

    Hi,

vSAN with full flash use one 10Gb. So it's not enough. You have to dedicate two cards for vSAN for High availability.

I think you can use 2 cards for vMotion & Cie and 2 other cards for vSAN. Two dVSwitch. I think it's better.

    Thank you.

I did that exactly here with two and four Physical Adapters, as discussed here by VMware Support:
