In order to help troubleshoot the problem, more information is needed, such as:
can you ping the vSAN interface on the node stating the problem from the other vSAN interfaces?
Is the vSAN vmkernel port connected to the correct vnic/physical switch port>
Is the physical swithport on tagged properly for the vSAN VLAN?
Are you using vDS or Standard switches?
