I am looking at the space requirement for a 100GB VM in a vSAN environment, how much space does it actually consume, according to this article here:

Running raid 5 with PFTT of 1 require 133GB; raid 6 with PFTT of 2 require 150gb.
However when I am looking at my own environment, when create a new vSAN storage policy, Raid 5 and 6 showing that it will consume 200gb and 300gb respectively, i have screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/HpOUQcj
Am i missing something here?
