vSAN Object Health - inaccesibble component

Hello,

I have a question whether the utilization of components and space at the warning level (80%) may result in some components being absent and therefore inaccesiible ?

or I must file a ticket to support ?

There's going to be a lot of factors in an answer to that question.  What is the storage policy?  How many hosts do you have?  From your picture, it looks like you have lost one or more hosts and are only in a FTT-1 RAID1 scenario, and possibly lost your witness as well.  Without more information it's almost impossible to answer your question, but if this is a production environment, yeah, a high severity SR is definitely needed ASAP.

@basteku73, No, that utilisation wouldn't cause any issues resulting in absent components.

That Object has a single delta component active and all others marked as absent - the node that has the only active component, did you recently move this from another cluster to this current one? If you did then you probably dragged whatever local data it still had on disks to this new cluster. Another possibility is that that Object was deleted while the node with the remaining component was not present and for whatever reason is unable to cleanup the component (possibly because it is a delta component).
Is that the only object in that state or one of many?
