Hi,
We've vSAN Cluster on:
vCenter 6.5 U1b - Build 6816762
ESXi 6.5 U1 - Build 7526125 (#3)
Our vSAN Health console displays the next warning without being fixed:
"Warning - vSAN Build Recommendation Engine Health"
"Check that the build recommendation engine has all its dependencies met and is functioning as expected"
Issue information -
"Unexpected VMWare Update Manager (VUM) baseline creation failure. please check vSAN and VUM logs for details."
All of our ESXi servers are fully patched.
The VUM Online connection on Connected state.
There are no detailed error messages or any information that can lead us to the solution.
We've tried the next KB without any success:
https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2151692
and tried to rest VUM service.
someone familiar with this issue?
Thanks guys
As per the KB the error that you have observed had to be fixed, since this issue is still observed even after patching the host.
We would recommend you to create a case with the VMware Support and have them check further.
You could also check the logs for errors reported " /var/log/vmware/vsan-health/vmware-vsan-health-service.log "
Was there any resolution to this? I have the latest with 6.7 and the Warning icon on my cluster is about to drive me nuts lol. Thanks!
