Hi Team,
My customer asked me about how to troubleshooting for vSAN FSVMs when they get any errors.
I think normally users don't have to touch anyting inside the FSVM, is it right? And when container error occured, automatically the Kubernetes will heal it.
I tried to logon the FSVM as below but no information to logon it.
Could you advise for my questions? Thanks Regards
I have not encountered any myself, only time I have seen someone logging in is when the VMware Support team had to do troubleshooting. And I would suspect that this login option disappears over time.
Have you tried:
username - root
password - vmware
Hi @depping
Thank you so much reply for my question. Thanks to your advice, I could logon the Linux VM.
But are there any situation to logon these VMs for real customer case?

I have same opinion with you (The login option will be retired)
Thanks a lot your information sharing 🙂
