vSAN Assessment Tool configuration help (vib file ploblem)

I am trying to setup vSAN Assessment Tool on physical server.  I get thru the first 2 steps ok,  I manually installed the vib files on customer server, and the vib service is not running.

Any ideas on what to do?

Could you please once try this on all Hosts.

Restart the hostd service, then please check if vscsistatsd is running to.
Did you also try to reboot the Hosts after the VIB install?
