both folders have all files of the VM inside: vmx, vmdk, etc..
and i noticed that the disk space is x2 the total of disk space of all VMs stored on the vsan!!
How did you configure the "Number of Failures To Tolerate". The default (without specifying a policy) is one, which means that there will be one replica, i.e. you'll need twice the disk space.
by default the VM storage policy is 1 Failure to Tolerate. that means 2 copies of VM data.
hence the behavior you are seeing. if you don't care about the availability of the data then you can configure the Storage policy and set it to 0
