Good, can Vsan be implemented by taking advantage of a Lenovo v3700 cab connected by Direct Attach fiber to a node as storage to the vsan cluster?

Unfortunately your question is not so clear.

Are you asking if you can add FC storage to a vSAN-enabled host as a VMFS datastore? Yes this is is supported.

Or are you asking can you present an FC volume to a host and then use this to create vSAN Disk-Groups? No this is not supported.
