disk failure ServeRAID M5210

We have 4 x Lenovo x3650 M5 node with ServeRAID M5210 controller: firmware 24.9.0-0026  and VSAN with two disk groups attached with two SSD disk (S3700 400GB SATA 2.5” MLC HS Enterprise SSD). We are running ESXi version 6.0.0 3073146. At random all disk status light blinks amber and ONLY a reboot will restore these disk online. This issue is affecting all x3650 M5 nodes at randomly, did anyone came across this issue??

esxcli system module set --enabled=false --module=lsi-mr3

It might be lsi_mr3 rather than lsi-mr3

How are your  Lenovo servers going. We are thinking of a similar setup to yours. What did you use for the Vsan Network?
