Virtual machine in vsan can't migration

I want migration some Virtual machines from a vmware vsan to anothor vsan stretched cluster.but only a part of Virtual machines can't migration.I find windows 2012 R2 can migration.windows 2008 and windows 2016 can't migration.Here is the error message:

The message you are getting suggests that the CPUs running between your source and destination are different generations. You will need to choose (usually on the destination cluster) to enable EVC mode and set it to a CPU instruction set of the source host.
