VSAN Node Crashed - R730xd - PF Exception 14 in world 33571: Cmpl-vmhba0- IP 0x41802c3abd44 addr 0x50

Anyone had a similar issue?

Host has a PERC H730p controller. Looks like the disks were resetting prior to the crash according to the system's lifecycle controller.

On call with Dell Support. Planning on a VMware support call too.

Thanks in advance!

Justin

So what is recommended to do with the LSOM timeout and retry values after applying the lsi_mr3 6.903.85.00-1 driver and 25.4.0017 firmware?

Should we leave them around 100 seconds or go back to the default tuning of 20?  Thanks!

The recommendation we've had is to leave the timeouts in place after the new driver & firmware is installed (Both from Dell & VMWare)

Were you able to get this to work with fw-version 8 on the network adapters or did you roll back to version 7.12 ?
