VMware VSAN 6.7

I cannot set vSAN Storage Policy to use "1 Failure - RAID - 5 (Erasure coding) nor "2 Failures - RAID 6(Erasure Coding).  I can set the policy to use others ok.  I am gettin error below when I set to that policy and tried to create a new VM.  what should I check and fix?

Error:

Create virtual machine

Status: Cannot complete file creation operation.

Initiator: com.vmware.vsan.health

Target:

vSAN Datacenter

Server:

10.255.255.100

Error stack:Failed to create object.

VSAN setup:

-8 host

-24 450GB SSD

In order to be able to use EC RAID5/6 you need to have an All-Flash vSAN cluster AND vSAN Advanced license or Enterprise.
