VM deployed using OVF lands in grub mode

Hi All,

I am deploying OVAs concurrently on a vSAN cluster in a batch of 10, at least 1 VM in a cycle doesn't load OS and lands in gurb mode. I see this issue only on vSAN datastore and deployment completes successfully on iSCSI storage. I think there is something wrong at VSAN level. what could cause this issue ? how can we fix this ?

VSAN is all flash.

Enough Free space available in storage.

FTT:0

OVA: Size 2.5GB, single VMDK, Ubuntu GOS.
