V7.0.3 new shutdown / restart cluster button in vcenter

Hello,

I tried out the new function to shutdown my 2-node vsan cluster via the new button in vcenter server appliance.
The shutdown worked and all the hosts are off. Now when I restart the hosts I see no option to restart the cluster.
Is this a bug?I still see the option shutdown cluster where I would have expected to see the re-start cluster button.

Any advice on how to get the vsan up again?

Is vCenter running on the same hosts?

No vcenter server is on a different host as is the witness appliance.

Found out what happened.
If you shutdown the vsan cluster and leaving the host that contains vcenter and the witness powered on the re-start cluster button is enabled.
When you also shutdown the host containing vcenter, witness appliance then it does not work anymore after re-boot of all hosts.
I was hoping to be able to remove the retreat mode advanced setting in vcenter due to this new feature but I am going to put it back in.
Don't know if it's a bug or it's intended to work like that.
