Ruby Console Putty Question

Hello,

I am using RVC for the first time with Putty. Putty is not showing the input that I type. It is taking the commands, just not showing them. I am sure for you Gurus this is an easy adjustment in Putty but I cannot figure it out, and in rvc documentation I don't see anything about this. I am trying to silence a health alarm but only getting so far typing "invisible" commands!

Strangely when I opened putty to try this today it worked as expected. I must have previously hit some key or something that screwed it up. Anyway, given the problem I reproted your answer is spot on, boy that takes me back a lot of years to fool with local echo!
