Rollback ESX Host with vSAN

Hi,

We recently upgraded one of our ESX hosts in a vSAN enabled cluster from 5.5u2 to 6.2 and as a result our vSAN storage stats are not showing up correctly.

Free space is now showing as 0 even though there is at least 12TB free and this is causing obvious problems.

Would there be any adverse effects to performing a rollback on the upgraded ESX host. I had planned to perform the rollback from the DCUI during boot up.

I assume that once I do a full data evacuation while placing the host into maintenance mode then it should be safe to roll the back to its previous state??

Thanks!

Rob

Good morning, I would double check with support.  But as long as you just did the one host and didn't start upgrading any vSAN objects, you should be able to rollback.  Thank you, Zach.
