PSOD Error: Exception 14 in ESXI 6.0 UPDATE 2

Dear all

we are facing an issue in one of our  production ESXI servers, which is part of VSAN cluster. the server shows THE PURPLE SCREEN OF DEATH (see attached image), with Page failure exception 14 message.

Please provide a proper solution for this if any, and provide reasons behind why this screen appears.

Any thing will be appreciated.

thanks for the quick response, i am using Vcenter appliance with no VUM installed, can you show me the way to install the new patch in order to update my ESXI
