Network consideration for two vSAN clusters (AF & HB)

Hello vSAN experts,

Does it need to separate vlan for hybrid and all flash clusters and need to change multicast address for each cluster?

Any suggestions?

I would do the same.

1. Separate VLANs for Hybrid and AF
2. And Multicast Address for each cluster

Purely from segregation of traffic.

Are you not considering vSAN 6.6? It doesn't have Multicast requirement.

Just to add further

since you will have multiple cluster (Hybrid and All-Flash), it is recommended to enable IGMP Queries on the ports connected to vSAN hosts. Otherwise, multicast traffic will get across.
