How to change read cache and write cache ratio ?

I have a need to change the ratio of RC and WC , some VMs have a lot of write （more than 2000iops）need than read (less than 400 IPOS) need.

I looked vmware-virtual-san-caching-whitepaper and find this parameter can be changed by the whitepaper didn't say how to change this, can anyone help me ?

This is a test environment.

you cannot change it. for hybrid the flash device is always: 70% read cache and 30% write.
